My Mississauga Home has added a new option to its website that allows customers to chat live with a licensed real estate agent.
In the high-pressure world of real estate, customers with questions want them answered right away. The Live Realtor option, accessed through the click of a button, will connect the consumer with agents.
"This service will allow visitors to get answers quickly without having to wait for an e-mail or a phone call to be returned," said Deepak Verma, a realtor with My Mississauga Home. "The primary focus for this website has always been to find ways to provide as much value as possible for the consumer and to get them the information they need in as little time as possible."
The service is similar to online chat services such as MSN Messenger.
