Here we blow again!

A winter storm gathering strength in Tennessee has its sights set on southern Ontario tonight, says Environment Canada which has issued yet another winter storm warning for Mississauga-Brampton this morning.
"A significant period of freezing rain and ice pellets is possible tonight, especially along and near Lakes Erie and Ontario," the national weather agency said in its 5 a.m. warning.
The storm will likely combine rain, freezing rain, ice pellets and snow. A total accumulation of about 10 cms. is expected in Mississauga. Heavy snow is expected early in the evening and will then change to ice pellets near midnight.
Winds this evening are expected to be easterly at 40 km hr., gusting to 60 km. hr. and then dropping back to 20 near midnight. The temperature should steady near minus 2 degrees C.
Although the roads were clear this morning, there were some slippery spots caused by above-freezing temperatures yesterday. Some puddles which had been created froze overnight creating hazardous conditions.
Peel Police called for public works crews to apply salt to a section of Eastgate Pkwy. this morning after a vehicle slipped off the road and onto an adjoining embankment. No one was hurt.
