Canadians earn OT win against Brockville

Tyler Kotlarz scores game winner in overtime

The Carleton Place Canadians stunned the Brockville Braves Tuesday night with a 3-2 overtime win.

Canadians goalie Scott Shackell earned first-star honours after turning away 39 shots.

Aaron MacCosham netted the first Canadians goal with Tyler Kotlarz adding a powerplay goal shortly after in the first period. Kotlarz would go on to get the game-winning goal in OT.

The Canadians' next game is against Cumberland here in Carleton Place on Friday night.
